Waste (2021-22)
Between 2021 and 2022, I worked at a waste incineration plant, witnessing vast amounts of waste and the immense effort required to collect, sort, and incinerate it for energy production. My medium-format photographs capture the imposing power of the facility. Shrouded in silence and fog, the images evoke a timeless, unsettling atmosphere, rendering the site a place of controlled madness and pointing to our collective responsibility.
