Transept (2010)
In the series Transept, I photograph postwar modernist churches in Berlin. Focusing on spatial structures, objects, and light conditions, I use precise framing to abstract the depicted spaces. The images emphasize materiality, geometry, and atmosphere, inviting a concentrated viewing experience.
